Welcome Back,

We have gained some new followers on here since the start of the year so we believe it may be right just to introduce ourselves some more and share how we really got here…

Firstly, our core offering stems from one sentence we like to repeat over and over again while building our product and is something we plan to never lose sight of: Built for truck parking operators, by truck parking operators.

Every feature, product placement, counsel, and idea comes from the very notion that we cut our teeth physically managing truck and trailer lots. We've juggled phones, collected cash, driven through fences, been thrown out of trailers— you name it.

What started as a property management business with one sole fuel distributor client whose properties were industrial storage lots has turned into a vertical software business empowering the truck and trailer parking sector across the country.

Here’s a bit more with some color, and “humor”:

UPDATE on our Stabilization Challenge…

You guessed it, the guy leveling the asphalt decided to take a longer than anticipated Easter break it seems and are still working on final items to open for business. We have no forgotten about the challenge and nor should you! Check out below!

Stats:

📍 Location: Situated on a prime 3-acre lot, with approximately 100 12 ft wide parking stalls.

🚛 Features: Recently redone asphalt surface, well-lit surroundings, high-powered gate, and conveniently visible from the Florida Turnpike. Plus, we're just a stone's throw away from one of the Southeast's busiest truck stops.

Stay tuned as we share updates along the way. We'll also dive deeper into the journey of our new yard and explore what it takes to achieve stabilization in the truck parking industry.

*Note: This lot was previously at capacity ~6 months+ ago but had to be re-surfaced due to city/county obligations. The facility is just finishing its redevelopment work and expects to be opening its gate within the month or so.
